Cancellation & Refund Terms
At Subhash Multiplex, we strive to provide a seamless booking experience. Please review our cancellation and refund policy carefully.
Online Ticket Cancellation
- Tickets can be cancelled up to 2 hours before the show start time.
- A cancellation fee of 10% of the ticket value or ₹20 per ticket, whichever is higher, will be deducted.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Tickets cancelled less than 2 hours before the show are non-refundable.
- No-show bookings will not be eligible for refund or rescheduling.
- Membership fees are non-refundable once activated.
Show Cancellations by Multiplex
In the rare event that Subhash Multiplex cancels a show due to technical issues or other circumstances, we will offer:
- Full refund of the ticket amount to the original payment method, or
- Complimentary tickets for an alternate show of equal value
Food & Beverage Orders
Pre-ordered food and beverages can be cancelled up to 1 hour before the show. Refunds for food orders will be processed within 3-5 business days.

To cancel your booking, log into your account on our website and go to My Bookings, or contact us at info@subhashmultiplex.com or call +91 63000 00000.
